The Opportunity
Arkabandhu Exim is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale its international trade and EXIM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business development, operations and P&L.;
Develop international buyers, suppliers and strategic trade relationships.
Manage end-to-end export and import operations.
Oversee EXIM documentation, customs, regulatory compliance and trade finance.
Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs and logistics partners.
Build relationships with industry associations, Export Promotion Councils, Chambers of Commerce and trade bodies.
Build and lead the EXIM and international business-development team.
Candidate Profile
10–20+ years of experience in exports, imports and international trade.
Robust hands-on knowledge of EXIM documentation, freight forwarding, customs and international logistics.
Proven ability to develop international buyers and close commercial transactions.
Strong network across industry associations, trade bodies and the EXIM ecosystem.
Experience in international negotiations, commercial contracts and trade finance.
