Role Description The Cyber Security Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for safeguarding EMRI’s emergency response and support systems. This role oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of security policies, controls,
and technologies to protect networks, applications, and data. The Cyber Security Manager will lead incident detection and response, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, and coordinate remediation efforts with IT and operations teams. Daily tasks include reviewing security alerts, managing access controls, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and maintaining security documentation and reporting. The role also involves training staff on security best practices, collaborating with external partners and auditors, and continuously improving EMRI’s overall cyber resilience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in cyber security management, including threat assessment, risk analysis, and security architecture design.
Hands-on expertise with network security, endpoint protection, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and identity/access management tools.
