B2C Sales Team Lead – Job DescriptionRole Overview
Responsible for managing the B2C sales team, achieving enrolment and revenue targets, monitoring sales activities, improving conversions, and ensuring effective lead management and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage B2C sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and conversion performance.
Handle inbound and outbound lead calls, counselling prospects, and closing opportunities.
Support the team in objection handling and high-value lead conversions.
Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely customer engagement.
Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor sales reports.
Conduct team reviews, training sessions, and performance improvement activities.
Prepare sales performance reports and share insights with management.
KPIs
Monthly enrolment and revenue achievement.
Lead conversion percentage.
Call volume and follow-up completion.
Counselling sessions completed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
