We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our Interior wall pannel. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in plywood, laminates, WPC panels, veneers or related interior products.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, understanding client needs, presenting interior solutions, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills with a proven ability to convert enquiries into successful closures are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current sales opportunities through leads, references, networking, digital enquiries, walk-ins, and field visits.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.
Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to develop suitable interior solutions for clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company margins.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth handover to the project/execution team.
Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
Regularly report sales performance, pipeline status, and expected closures to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the interior Products, Plywood, Laminates, ACP, WP
