POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking to hire a skilled ServiceNow architect. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ Yrs. of experience in ServiceNow implementation and 8+ Yrs. of experience in architecting solutions in ServiceNow.
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
7+ years of experience in ITSM/CSM/ITOM/ITAM/GRC/HRSD.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic and self-motivated team player/builder with solid Analytical, Interpersonal, and Customer Management skills.
Experience in designing, reviewing, and implementing ServiceNow Projects in ITSM, HRSD, GRC,



and CSM is an added advantage.
Solution Architecture and Implementation of at least 3+ ServiceNow Store applications.
Adopt new ServiceNow features – Agent Workspace, Predictive Intelligence, Teams Integration
Continuous Service Improvement, Service automation, recommendation, and implementation
Involved in proposal evaluation and formalising responses to RFP / RFI for process consulting
Extensive experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
More than 7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
Background and deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory, with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
Experience as a developer is a must.
Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time
