Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Trainer role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.



The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs aligned with current industry technologies and organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include creating training curricula and materials, preparing structured lesson plans, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions for learners at various proficiency levels. The role involves assessing participant skill gaps, evaluating training outcomes through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring to support continuous improvement. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to update content based on emerging tools and best practices, contribute to certification pathways, and support corporate clients and institutional partners with customized training solutions.
