Position: Solar Sales Consultant
Department: Field Sales
Location: Anakapalle
Reporting To: Regional Manager
1. Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Solar Consultant / Sales Executive to drive sales growth, onboard channel partners and solar vendors, and manage the customer journey from lead generation to installation. The role requires strong relationship-building, revenue ownership, and field sales capabilities.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Vendor & Channel Partner Development
Identify and onboard solar vendors (EPC partners), electricians, contractors, and dealers.
Build and maintain a strong regional partner network.
Train partners on products, subsidy processes, and platform usage.
2.2 Revenue & Sales Management
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Convert leads through effective customer engagement and negotiations.
Ensure high conversion rates and revenue realization.
2.3 Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
2.4 Customer Consultation & Site Visits
Conduct site surveys and assess project feasibility.
Educate customers on solar solutions, cost savings, and government subsidies.
Provide customized proposals based on customer requirements.
2.5 Project Execution & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installation and documentation.
Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
3. Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
