Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of educational events, including MUNs, conferences, and debates, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with schools, partners,



and vendors; and aligning logistics, inspection, and expediting activities to support smooth event operations. The Project Manager will also monitor project progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and prepare reports for leadership. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes, enhance participant experience, and maintain consistent communication is a core part of the role.
Qualifications
Solid project management skills, including experience with Project Management, planning, scheduling, and coordination of multiple initiatives.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation required for events.
Inspection skills to verify quality standards, compliance with event requirements, and accurate implementation of project specifications.
