Job Title: Jr. Production Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports in ERP and Google Sheets.
Update production data and track inventory using ERP software.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.
Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process waste.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Train and guide machine operators on production processes and work instructions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in vacuum thermoforming, plastic packaging,



or a related manufacturing industry.
Basic understanding of vacuum thermoforming processes and production planning.
Experience working with ERP software.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formulas, filters, and reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
