Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across domestic and international markets. The candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and acquire current clients for IT services, software development, cloud solutions, AI, digital transformation, and staffing solutions.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.




Understand client business requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Prepare business proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.
Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Mentor and guide junior business development team members.
