Role Description The Business Development Executive (Ad Agency) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads in target markets. This full-time remote role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing pitches and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaign offerings with client needs. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research to spot growth opportunities,



and representing Viral Vichaar in virtual meetings and presentations. The executive will also support account handovers to the delivery team, ensure smooth onboarding, and track performance against revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Strong Business and Account Management skills, including experience in handling client portfolios and driving upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate across creative and strategy teams.
Prior experience in advertising, digital marketing, or media agencies is highly beneficial.
Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organizational skills, and target-driven mindset.
