Role Description The Brand Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for strengthening and promoting STEM-Xpert’s and also oversee the entire digital funnel. Your primary mission is to build marketing strategies, supervise marketing team, coordinate with various agencies to generate leads while building a sustainable, long-term organic presence.




You will act as the bridge between our marketing team and our trainers/educators to convert knowledge into product references. Additionally, you will lead our influencer/affiliate vertical, orchestrate on-ground school/college events, and manage a team focused on product-aligned SEO and multi-platform blogging to ensure 24/7 lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Marketing strategy, based on trending topics, and work on long term goal of building strategies.
2. Supervise the marketing, digital content team, coordinate agencies to generate the organic leads and increase the presence.
3. Visit schools, colleges, institutes, and events to conduct marketing events and generate leads.
4. Maintain good relationship with various agencies, influencers, content creators to increase the visibility of the company and thereby increase the sales.
