Some of the things you’ll be doing:
Trade Lifecycle Management
* Ensure accurate trade capture in OMS/EMS systems for all executed trades
* Monitor trade allocations and confirm accuracy with portfolio managers and
traders
* Manage trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with brokers and
counterparties
* Oversee settlement processes across multiple asset classes
Reconciliation & Controls
* Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and
custodians
* Investigate and resolve breaks in a timely manner
* Support NAV validation and P&L; verification processes
* Maintain strong internal controls to minimize operational risk
Prime Broker & Counterparty Management
* Act as primary point of contact for prime brokers and custodians
* Coordinate
