Role Description The Telesales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position oversees a telesales team, monitoring daily performance, guiding agents to meet sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.



The supervisor will coordinate call campaigns, review call data and analytics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
