We're building out a role for someone who's tired of just optimizing budgets and wants to actually own the creative that drives results. If you've done growth/performance marketing long enough to know that once your audience and account are dialed in, the ad itself becomes the biggest unlock — this is built for you.
You'll sit at the intersection of data and content: deciding what gets tested, writing the scripts/hooks, working with creators or AI tools to bring them to life, and being accountable for the CAC that follows.
What you'll be responsible for:
? Testing & Learning — Set up structured experiments (single-variable tests, transparent success/failure criteria), and maintain a running record of what we've learned so insights don't get lost between campaigns
? Instagram Growth — Define our content pillars and format mix, prioritizing Reels, then carousels and static posts
? Creative Production — Write ad copy and hooks, brief our creators/studio, and use AI tools (image, video, and copy generation)
to produce and test creative variations quickly
? Performance Analysis — Review what's working vs. what isn't, reallocate spend/effort toward winners, and manage our performance marketing agency's output
? CAC & Lead Targets — Drive down cost per acquisition while hitting the lead volume the sales team needs
Who we're looking for:
▪️2–4 years in growth/performance marketing, ideally in D2C or a considered-purchase category
▪️Solid grip on numbers — you can design a proper test and tell signal from noise
▪️A creative eye — you can explain why an ad is working, not just report that it is
▪️Comfort with AI creative tools as part of your daily workflow
▪️Low ego — you're fine taking direction from a junior creator if their idea is better
▪️Pedigree is a bonus, not a filter — we care more about what you can show us
Good to have:
▪️Direct experience running Meta ads
▪️ A track record of
