Roles & Responsibilities
Drive business value and continuous improvement of the Make to Stock (M2S) process in alignment with the overall process strategy.
Lead and support the global implementation and standardization of M2S processes.
Manage end-to-end M2S deployment activities during SAP rollout and implementation projects.
Analyze business requirements and align process changes with user needs, standards, policies, and related processes.
Support the development of M2S process roadmaps and initiatives to improve process maturity.
Ensure sustainable implementation, adoption, and compliance with defined process standards.
Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing-to-Supply processes.
Support implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solutions within manufacturing operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and drive transformation initiatives.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement efficient manufacturing and supply processes.
Conduct user training and provide coaching on standardized SAP PP/M2S processes.
Support change management activities during implementation and rollout programs.
Work closely with global and cross-functional teams in an international workplace.
Provide functional expertise and support during S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and operational activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of relevant SAP PP experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Make to Stock (M2S) processes.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Manufacturing-to-Supply processes.
Experience working with manufacturing business processes in consulting or industry environments.
Good understanding of SAP PP integration with other relevant SAP modules.
