AUM Premium is a premium Himalayan natural mineral water brand focused on delivering quality, wellness, and sustainability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accountant to oversee the company's accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial operations.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor company expenditures.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and statutory regulations.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll and salary disbursements.
Maintain employee salary records and statutory deductions.




Coordinate employee reimbursements and payroll-related documentation.
Financial Operations
Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
Generate invoices and track customer collections.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor inventory-related accounting and cost tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2- 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent accounting certification.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
