Best Bite Momo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive sales, attract new customers, and build strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves promoting our momo products, increasing repeat orders, and supporting the overall growth of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily sales and achieve sales targets.
Promote Best Bite Momo products to current and existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries, orders, and feedback professionally.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and repeat orders.
Promote offers, combos, and new products.
Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Support online and offline sales through platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.
Assist with local promotions and marketing activities.
Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the management team.
Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, retail, FMCG, QSR, or food & beverage is preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
