Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and professional Client Engagement Manager to represent our company with US manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will:
Attend and actively participate in client meetings, ensuring smooth communication.
Coordinate with US clients according to their time zones and availability.




Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and presenting solutions around IDP and invoice automation.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation of meeting outcomes, and alignment with internal teams.
Be flexible and available to manage multiple client interactions in the future.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that improve client outcomes.
Candidates should possess solid Program Management and Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and align cross-functional teams.
