Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed manufacturing facilities with annual operations of ₹80–100 crore or more and possess a proven track record of building productive, scalable, and quality-driven manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and manufacturing engineering.




Streamline manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Ensure consistently high on-time delivery performance while maintaining world-class quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Develop systems and processes capable of supporting the company's rapid growth.
Build and mentor high-performing production and operations teams.
Monitor key operational KPIs including productivity, quality, cost, inventory, safety, and delivery.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience managing factory operations with an annual manufacturing turnover of ₹80–100 crore or higher.
Strong background in electrical, electronics, power electronics, industrial automation, or related manufacturing industries.
