Senior HRBP - Arteria Technologies

Role: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

Purpose: Partner with business leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, HR governance, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Performance Management System (goal setting, reviews, talent calibration, development planning).
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce and people matters.
Manage complex employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Design and improve HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
Support organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Use HR analytics and dashboards to provide workforce insights and recommendations.

Experience Required:
7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
Solid HRBP experience with expertise in:
Performance Management Systems (PMS)
Employee Relations




Stakeholder Management
HR Transformation and Process Design
Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
Exposure to HRIS platforms.

Education:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Preferred Background:
Technology, engineering, product, GCC, or high-growth organizations.
Building scalable HR processes from scratch.
Working with Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders.
