Role Description This is a full time, in office Self Employed role based in Kolkata. The role involves independently managing daily retail operations, including product sourcing, pricing, and inventory tracking. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space. The individual will plan and execute local marketing activities, build relationships with suppliers,



and ensure consistent product availability. The role also requires monitoring basic financials, preparing easy reports, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
Basic business, sales, and retail operations skills, including inventory handling and cash management.
Organizational and time management abilities to manage daily tasks independently and reliably.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational issues and customer needs.
Comfort using basic digital tools (point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for business activities.
