Job Summary / Overview
The Analyst, M&A; will support the M&A; team in assessing and pursuing buy-side acquisitions. The role focuses on supporting the end-to-end deal life cycle, including deal sourcing, target evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare analyses and materials that inform decision-making. The role may also include support for post-closing integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sourcing and maintenance of a pipeline of deal activity and potential acquisition target
Assist with strategic and financial assessments of acquisition targets, including market and industry research
Support due diligence efforts, including coordination with third-party advisors and the tracking of information request
Build and maintain financial models, including operational and M&A; models, valuation analyses, and return analyses
Assist in the preparation of diligence analyses, investment theses, executive briefing materials, and Board approval deck




Maintain trackers, action-item lists, and deal documentation to keep workstreams organized and on schedule
Provide support for post-closing integration planning and execution as required

Skills & Competencies
Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
solid understanding of financial statements, with hands-on experience in operational and M&A; financial modeling
Demonstrated ownership, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and apply strong analytical skills to keep timelines on track
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
Flexibility and the ability to work across and manage global time zones
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
