Role Description The Senior Associate – Legal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for real estate and infrastructure projects, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, contracts,



and other property-related documentation. The role involves conducting legal research, advising on regulatory compliance, and addressing legal issues related to land acquisition, title verification, approvals, and customer agreements. The Senior Associate will collaborate with internal teams, external counsels, and government authorities to ensure that all transactions and processes adhere to applicable laws and company policies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, requiring regular coordination with project, finance, and sales teams and participation in internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law with experience handling real estate and infrastructure-related Legal Issues.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and notices.
