Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
