Role Description The Application Specialist role at InterMedics Healthcare LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day application support for clinical and healthcare technology solutions, including installing, configuring, and maintaining applications used across infertility and related specialties. Responsibilities include responding to user queries,
troubleshooting technical and functional issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and documenting solutions and best practices. The Application Specialist will conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals, gather and analyze user feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and user experience. The role requires close collaboration with clinical and operations teams to ensure applications support safe, efficient, and reliable patient care workflows.
Qualifications
