Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The specialist will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information on products, orders, deliveries, and basic troubleshooting. Daily tasks include logging and tracking customer issues, coordinating with sales, technical,



and service teams to resolve problems, and following up to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining customer records, preparing simple service reports, and supporting the customer experience by offering courteous, clear, and professional communication. The specialist will also assist in post-sales support, feedback collection, and process improvements to enhance overall customer service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on building positive, long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction practices, including issue resolution and follow-up.
Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills in spoken and written English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
