About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to achieve business goals.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
