Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Manager, Fund Accounting is responsible for overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting,



and overall operational delivery for complex fund and holding structures, including SPVs, Property Companies, and Holding Companies. The role serves as the primary decision‑maker and escalation point for accounting, operational, and stakeholder‑related matters, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and timely deliverables. In addition to providing senior technical review of NAVs and financial statements, the Manager leads and develops teams, drives operational efficiency, manages risk and controls, and fosters a high‑performance culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting, Review & Operational Oversight: Oversee and review day‑to‑day accounting operations for complex structures, including bank transactions, invoicing, accruals and provisions, intercompany activity, interest calculations, amortization/depreciation schedules, and month‑end reconciliations, ensuring sound accounting judgment, accuracy,
