Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), especially Field Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
Conduct business process mapping and Fit/Gap analysis.
Configure and demonstrate D365 CE solutions to clients.
Provide functional expertise across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Handle data mapping and migration from external systems.
Conduct solution testing and support UAT.




Provide user and administrator training.
Prepare effort estimates and support implementation planning.
Participate in pre-sales activities, client demos, proposals, and presentations.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to deliver suitable CRM solutions.
Mentor team members and provide D365 CE SME support.
Mandatory Skill:
Strong hands-on expertise in D365 CE Field Service is mandatory.
