Role Description The Business Development (Sales) role is a full time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners, conduct walk-in interviews and consultations, and clearly communicate program offerings and benefits. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up with inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets. The role also involves conducting market outreach activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process, and providing high-quality customer service to enhance the learner experience. The person in this position will be expected to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while upholding the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospective learners, understand market trends, and support sales strategies.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize outreach and conversion efforts.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions counseling, preferably in education
