About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager / HR Business Partner to take ownership of the complete HR function at GISKernel.
This is a full-spectrum HR role, covering HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policies, compliance, retention and employee relations. The person will work closely with management and employees to build a structured HR function that can scale with the company.
The role will also have direct ownership of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll, so solid practical experience with both is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Own the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, probation, confirmation, leave, attendance and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Establish and improve HR processes, SOPs and workflows.
Recruitment & Talent Management




Work with management and team leads to understand hiring requirements.
Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate interviews, offers, joining and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline as the organization grows.
Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
Take complete ownership of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
Manage employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, policies and HR workflows.
Manage monthly payroll processes and payroll coordination.
Ensure employee data, attendance, leave and payroll inputs are accurate.
Generate HR reports and maintain required records.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes using Zoho.
Performance Management
Establish and manage KRA/KPI and performance review processes.
Coordinate appraisals and periodic performance reviews.
Work with managers on performance improvement plans where required.
