Role Description The Nursing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations in homecare settings. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient assignments, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Nursing Supervisor monitors patient care plans, supports complex or critical cases, and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Responsibilities also include mentoring and training nurses, conducting performance evaluations, managing documentation and compliance, and addressing patient and family concerns professionally. The role requires active participation in quality improvement initiatives, efficient resource management, and maintaining transparent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
