Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting industrial supply solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, maintain customer relationships, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering product demonstrations and training, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional campaigns that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide responsive support.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, educate customers, and support internal team development.
Relevant experience in industrial supplies, manufacturing, or B2B sales is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
