Role Overview
The Lead Data Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing FP&A;, analytics, reporting automation, and decision support capabilities for the Gas & Petrochemical BU Vertical. The position will lead the development and implementation of data-driven reporting solutions, including global backlog sales reporting, forecasting tools, and automated financial dashboards using Power BI and centralized data platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and reporting automation, with a passion for continuous improvement and business process optimization. Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Global Backlog Reporting & Dashboard Development: Lead the development and automation of the Global Backlog Sales Dashboard by consolidating data across multiple ERP systems and delivering a standardized, Power BI-based reporting solution that provides a single source of truth for backlog visibility across all G&P; sites.
Forecasting & Performance Analytics: Support the deployment and ongoing enhancement of the Booking Forecast Tool (BFT), partnering with FP&A;, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver accurate booking and sales forecasts, standardized forecasting methodologies, and actionable performance insights.
