About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Pune. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable organizational growth, employee engagement, and business performance.
This role requires someone who can balance strategic HR partnership with operational excellence while supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
Support leaders in driving business transformation and organizational effectiveness

Employee Relations & Engagement
Build strong relationships with employees across functions and levels
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance concerns
Drive employee engagement initiatives,



culture-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
Foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment

Performance & Talent Management
Partner with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and leadership development
Coach managers on effective people management and leadership practices

Talent Acquisition Partnership
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and hiring priorities
Participate in key hiring discussions for leadership and critical roles
Ensure a smooth onboarding and assimilation experience for recent employees

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented
Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
