Your Role
As a Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of fleet and vessel-level solutions, driving architecture, development, quality, and operational excellence. You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership across React, Python, AWS, Kafka, and Snowflake to build highly scalable and reliable digital platforms.
In this role, you will:
Define and evolve platform architecture across frontend, backend, data pipelines, analytics, model hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
Lead the development of React-based applications, Python microservices, and cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS.




Design and implement robust telemetry ingestion, transformation, and storage frameworks ensuring data quality, lineage, and consistency.
Build and optimize Kafka-based streaming pipelines for near real-time alerts, event processing, and analytics workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to productionize ML and physics-based models, including monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.
Guide UI/UX implementation for dashboards, operational workflows, and data visualization solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Design and optimize Snowflake data models, secure access strategies, analytics pipelines, and reporting solutions.
Establish observability, monitoring, alerting, security controls, secrets management, and role-based access mechanisms.
Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, canary deployments, and production validation practice
