We're looking for Power BI Specialist Professionals (4-8 Years) with robust skills in Power BI & SQL to join our Planning & Analytics

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI & Advance Excel.
Strong understanding of statistical methods, enhance forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning models within BI platforms.

Job Description:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management decision-making.

Automate MIS reporting and ensure timely delivery of accurate performance insights.

Analyze Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operational KPIs through data visualization and trend analysis.

Monitor performance metrics, conduct variance analysis, and highlight key business risks and opportunities.

Track Planned vs. Actual performance and perform gap-to-goal analysis for Cockpit and Cabin operations.

Manage large datasets using Power BI, SQL, and related data sources to generate actionable insights.
