Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, propose suitable product and engineering solutions, and support them throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical presentations and quotations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.



The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, tracking market trends, and updating CRM or sales reports. The Sales Engineer is expected to visit client sites as needed, provide post-sales technical support, and represent the company at industry events or meetings.

Qualifications
Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering or manufacturing processes and explain them clearly to customers.
Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as required, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM o
