Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OpenRTB Executive with 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and Real-Time Bidding (RTB). The candidate will be responsible for managing OpenRTB integrations, monitoring supply and demand performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing traffic to improve revenue and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor OpenRTB integrations with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, and demand partners.
* Analyze bid requests, bid responses, impressions, wins, losses, and discrepancies.
* Monitor and optimize key metrics including QPS, fill rate, bid rate, win rate, CPM, impressions, and revenue.
* Troubleshoot OpenRTB integration issues, including endpoint errors, timeouts, macros, creatives, and bid response errors.
* Analyze OpenRTB JSON bid requests and responses and identify technical or performance-related issues.




* Manage supply and demand partner performance and optimize traffic allocation.
* Coordinate with publishers, demand partners, and internal technical teams for new integrations and troubleshooting.
* Monitor traffic quality and identify IVT, discrepancies, low-quality demand, and unusual traffic patterns.
* Work with industry standards including ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain Object (schain).
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Identify opportunities to improve monetization and overall partner performance.

Required Skills

* 3 years of experience in OpenRTB, Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, SSP, DSP, or AdTech.
* Robust understanding of the OpenRTB ecosystem and RTB workflow.
* Good knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, and demand/supply integrations.
* Experience analyzing OpenRTB bid request and response parameters.
* Understanding of JSON, AP
