Role Description:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding high voltage testing equipment and solutions.




Assist in diagnosing technical issues and offering effective solutions during pre- and post-sales stages.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers, both onsite and remotely, to ensure a clear understanding of the equipment's features and advantages.
Prepare user manuals, training material, and how-to guides as per IEC, IEEE & CIGRE standard.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate high voltage testing solutions tailored to their specific needs
Work with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met with customized or standard solutions
Manage the installation and commissioning of high voltage testing equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems are correctly set up and operational.
Coordinate with the OEM service team for troubleshooting and maintenance when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and updates regarding product development
