ROLE
Lead the technical design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow platform capabilities, development standards, and best practices.
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, catalog items, and platform configurations.
develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound integrations, and import/export mechanisms.




Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and related processes.
Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Legacy Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Design and implement platform security, user administration, roles, groups, permissions, and access controls.
Configure and optimize SLAs, notifications, reporting, dashboards, and service management processes.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, record producers, variables, approvals, and workflows/flows.
Support platform upgrades, application deployments, update sets, testing, defect resolution, and release management.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and platform governance.
