Role Description
The Branch/Assistant Manager – Forex (Bangalore) will be responsible for leading branch sales, driving business development, managing day-to-day operations, and building strong customer relationships. The incumbent will ensure smooth forex operations, regulatory compliance, and achievement of branch business and revenue targets.

Note: Candidates with experience in reputed AD-II Forex organizations (e.g., Thomas Cook, EbixCash, etc.) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the growth of the Forex business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue and business targets.




Promote Forex products including Foreign Currency Exchange, Remittances, Prepaid Forex Cards, and Trade-related Forex Services.
Identify and acquire new corporate, HNI, travel, and retail customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Build strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, travel agencies, educational consultants, and corporate clients to generate business opportunities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements governing Forex operations.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify recent business opportunities to enhance market presence.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and business reports, providing regular updates to management.
