Role Description This is a full-time, on-site , on-field Sales Representative role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This is not desk job nor cold calling related job. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Responsibilities include presenting software consulting and development services, delivering product demos, and clearly communicating value propositions to decision-makers.



The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Representative will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of field or direct sales experience
Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline for B2B or technology solutions.
Strong abilities in client relationship management, needs analysis, and consultative selling.
Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of software development or IT services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business
