Social Media Intern (Real Estate)

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, organized, and passionate about content creation and digital marketing. The role involves managing social media platforms, assisting in content planning, coordinating with the design team, tracking performance, and contributing to the brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Create content calendars and coordinate with the design and video teams for timely content execution.
Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.




Schedule and publish posts while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, escalating queries when required.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content ideas to improve social media performance.
Track key social media metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Sheets.
Assist in executing social media campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
Support the marketing team with content coordination, campaign execution, and other day-to-day marketing activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related discipline.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Strong written English with good copywriting and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
