Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience to lead new business acquisition and drive revenue growth at 1 2 101.

This is a highly target-driven role for someone who is at their best when working towards clear numbers and measurable results. You will be responsible for identifying the strongest prospects, initiating high-value conversations, securing meetings, presenting our services, managing the sales process, negotiating with decision-makers, and closing recent business.

We are looking for someone with impeccable communication, exceptional sales ability, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers. You should have the strongest understanding of the sales cycle, be highly organised in managing multiple leads, and have the drive to consistently meet and exceed your targets.

You will be expected to work independently, plan your approach, maintain the strongest possible pipeline, and identify every genuine opportunity to bring in new clients and revenue.





Experience in selling branding, marketing, advertising, social media, digital, or creative services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:

Explore new markets - domestic and international and identify potential clients across various industries that can bring business to the company.
Build and maintain your own pipeline of prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Research brands across domestic and international markets and identify the right decision-makers to approach.
Reach out to potential clients and convert initial conversations into meetings.
Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure opportunities don't go cold.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Understand the client's business, requirements, and challenges before pitching.
Present 1 2 101's services and solutions in a clear and convincing manner.
