Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager Role

The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new corporate and social event clients, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct meetings and presentations to promote CW Hospitality’s catering and F&B; solutions.





The role involves responding to inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets.

The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements and seamless service delivery. Regular responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, tracking market trends, updating CRM records, and reporting sales performance to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in B2B sales or hospitality sales is an advantage.

Comfort with field visits, client meetings, and flexible schedules aligned with event and client requirements.

Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
