We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive the technical evolution of our core enterprise engineering team.
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Senior Software Engineer to own, architect, and deliver complex, mission-critical modules across our enterprise product suite. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Lead Architect and Technical Leadership to design high-throughput systems, set engineering best practices, and mentor mid-level and junior developers. You will go beyond feature implementation by actively shaping technical design, reducing system complexity, optimizing database performance, and driving overall code quality.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Ownership & Design: Design, and implement complex,
highly scalable features for mission-critical core modules, such as the Production Planning Engine
Architecture & Standards: Translate high-level architectural visions and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) into robust, clean, and maintainable Java/J2EE architectures while contributing to overall technical design decisions.
Full-Stack Implementation: Build responsive, performant Angular UI components aligned with enterprise data-flow standards, backed by resilient Spring Boot RESTful microservices.
Database Engineering & Performance: Design complex schemas, write optimized SQL, and develop high-performance stored procedures for MSSQL/Oracle databases. Analyze execution plans and optimize low-performing queries.
Code Governance & Mentorship: Lead rigorous code reviews focused on maintainability, security, and performance. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and architect
