Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role based in Delhi , Gurgoan & Noida. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily sales visits, delivering product presentations, and building robust, long-term relationships with customers. The representative will monitor market trends, gather competitor insights,



and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of calls and orders, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and participating in training sessions, product launches, and territory planning meetings.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and respond to their needs.
Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Background or formal education in Pharmacy or life sciences, or an equivalent understanding of medical and pharmaceutical concepts.
Ability to plan and manage a sales territory, including time management, route planning, and reporting.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in the field with minimal supervision.
