Your mission, roles and responsibilities
▪ Job Description-
• Ensure program controlling procedures mandatory implementation.
• Alert Program manager & Controlling manager in case of discrepancies.
• Keep track of all program financial KPI’s and make sure that business plan figures are in line with Budget.
▪ Provide and secure program controlling inputs
• Participate during program acquisition. Keep backup of all files relevant to acquisition of program.
• Provide innovative financial solutions during acquisition & development of program.
• Upload RFQA / IBP in workflow for approval form division & BG.
• Monthly simulation of business plan effecting visibility during month along with risk & Opportunities.
• Lead all program forecasting processes (SP/Budget, periodic forecast etc…)
• Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency.
• Reporting of R&D; P&L; & provide information / reports to division /BG from time to time.




• Provide all necessary program analysis including variance analysis,margin to program manager from time to time. ▪ Creation of master data in SAP & creation of quality back-up
• Create internal order/ WBS in SAP based on requirement.
• Keep quality back-up of all data used for BP simulation.
▪ Support Controller in Cost analysis
▪ Support controller in Monthly reporting
▪ Support controller in adhoc projects
▪ Transfer gradually business plan cost data source to plants from Gate 3
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Relevant work experience of 3 to 5 yrs in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualification CMA / Equivalent
• First had experience in SAP setting will be appreciated
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
